We had the first of the shoulder joints yesterday (we couldn't wait until Sunday) - we all really enjoyed it; beautifully tender and a good flavour. We can't wait to try the chops and burgers!

Michael Smith of The Three Chimneys, Isle of Skye. Used Cockerham Goat meat in his entry for the 2013 show and took his main course dish all the way to the final banquet!
