2015 heralds 15 years of Cockerham Boers. We decided to celebrate this with some exciting new products.
In 2015 we began working on a Goat salami and a goat Mocetta.
The samples exceeded all our expectations.
Our cured meats first run out was a great success, almost selling out of all products, at the Lancashire Game festival.
We received great feed back for our tasters samples.
Thanks to all who tried some, your comments were all taken on board.

Unfortunatly due to higher than expected demand we discovered we could not get the salamis and mocettas produced in great enough quanties.

Therefore these products will hopefully be available again from mid 2016 after we have been back to the drawing board on production.

Following our false start with our new products we are now trialling a new way to produce these product with the help of an different experienced producer.
